Further to securing Listed Building Consent and Full Planning Permission in Autumn 2018 for the conversion of a Grade II listed building in Beaconsfield Old Town Conservation Area to a Cosmetic Surgery and Commercial Offices, Progress Planning were instructed to revisit the consent and strive to optimise the amount of floor space available to the Surgery thereby improving the commercial attributes of the original consent.

Full consent has now been granted for the changes sought to add value to the client’s business and rationalising the usage of the building to a single usage thereby ensuring its productive and efficient usage above that associated with the original consent.
