Hillingdon Council acknowledges Progress Planning’s comments on the introduction of a new Article 4 Direction on restricting permitted development rights for office/industrial to residential conversions.

At a meeting of the Full Council, Hillingdon acknowledged the comments made by Progress Planning regarding the introduction of a new Article 4 Direction, which seeks to prevent the Permitted Change of use from Office to Residential. Progress Planning were concerned with the approach adopted by the Council and are seeking amendments to the wording of the Article 4.
