Progress Planning provides a town planning and architectural consultancy service located between High Wycombe and Aylesbury, holding substantial experience locally but experienced in dealing with planning applications across England. The practice specialises in all types of developments from permitted development, domestic extensions, change of use to major planning applications including appeals.

Established by Sam Tiffin a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI). He is fully qualified with a Masters in Spatial Planning and a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Design, providing Progress Planning with not only the breadth and depth of knowledge of the Planning industry, but the architectural services to produce all the supporting plans and documentation to accompany a planning application.

The founder Sam Tiffin also worked for one of the top Planning Practices in the UK as a Senior Consultant, where his main roles included assisting in the development of strategic allocations across the country through the Local Development Framework (LDF), providing site appraisals to house builders, developers and home owners while project managing applications through Development Control processes.
