Progress Planning remain one of view planning practices to capitalise on the new Permission in Principle (PiP) Legislation which enables the principle of development to be considered with all technical considerations reserved.

PiP applications relate to minor developments only and came into force on the 1^st June , when the Town and Country Planning (Permission in Principle) (Amendment) Order 2017  was ratified. For more information on PiP applications please do get in touch.
