Ensuring you develop your application in accordance with the Council’s ‘Development Plan’ it is essential to securing a grant of Planning Permission.

Given our experience and knowledge of planning policy, we are able to remove the requirement for applicants to enter into lengthy pre-application discussions with Council Officers and develop a scheme with confidence with ourselves. This would remove the need for lengthy pre-application discussions with Planning Officers, removing abortive fees and time if the principle of development is not acceptable.
