14 Jan Consent Granted New Dwelling in Thames Ditton
Progress Planning were instructed to advise on the planning risks and assess the extant planning approval that existed on the site. Even though planning permission was granted there were grave discrepancies in the planning drawings and presentation of the physical boundaries. If built the dwelling would have conflict with the existing consent and therefore technically conflicted with the Councils design guidance.
Given our experience utilising the established principles previously granted and knowledge of how to best present their case, ensured the client a successful outcome.
