Delighted to have secured planning permission on a highly constrained site within Chiltern District Council.
Consent was sought for the conversion of a former workshop/office premises, to a beautiful rural conversion scheme to a cost yard development of three units, within the grounds of a Country estate located within the Green Belt and Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. As we knew this would be resisted at a local level, we adopted a prior-approval application to establish their conversion to residential which subsequently secured consent, albeit after significant negotiation with Council Officers.
Sometimes the smallest proposals can be the most complex!
