Progress planning are delighted to have secured full planning permission for the change of use of an existing 3 storey storage distribution (commercial) premises to an independent residential dwelling, for the current owners.

The site fell within a designated employment centre and therefore the principle of its change of use technically conflicts with policy. Utilising our knowledge of planning policy and the Councils Development Plan we we’re able to challenge the Councils position and successfully negotiated a consent.

We are absolutely delighted with the result given the detailed statements and negotiation that took place,  facilitating a grant of planning permission.
