We are happy to announce on behalf of our clients we have successfully secured unanimous approval by Hounslow Planning Committee securing consent for the erection of a staggered 3 to 6 six storey apartment building comprising of 87 residential units, of which 37% will be allocated as affordable homes.
Members of the Committee commended the design and layout which albeit dense, provided a high-quality environment with exceptional open space for future occupants to enjoy “with lots of trees”.
