Fern Grove – Feltham

This site forms the the third phase of the regeneration of Fern Grove which Progress Planning has delivered as the Lead Consultant over the past 4 years. The granting of this consent will see the total of new units amounting to 188 dwellings which comprise of predominately adffordable homes of varying tenures.

The proposal also includes the creation of a public link from Hounslow Road to the Glebelands Playing Fields and makes a significant contribution to delivering the wider vision for Feltham.We are already in discussions with neighbouring land owners to deliver additional phases which will further enhance and regenerate Feltham town centre.
