About This Project

It’s all about strategy… we successfully secured consent to convert this town centre fringe commercial building into 19 units. Following that we successfully obtained planning permission for an additional storey totalling 23 open market units.

Following a careful review of the significant changes to the planning system over recent weeks and in particular the new classes that have been introduced, we have been re-evaluating our approach to the site on behalf of the client and we have identified a potential benefit under Class AA, part 20 of the GPDO to optimise the scheme further. We are excited to be preparing a new prior approval application for development under Class AA, Part 20 in the near future to take advantage of the recent changes.
