Following securing prior approval for the conversion of this locally listed building to 33 residential units, a further 7 units were secured where we successfully overturned the councils decision. The Inspector agreed with Progress’s assessment and interpretation of the Mayor of London’s Housing SPG with regards to access to outlook and daylight for future residents.
Seeing this conversion scheme yield a total of 40 units in total while retaining its special architectural qualities which makes this building worthy of local interest
