Progress Planning was appointed by Heywood Real Estate to prepare and submit a full planning application for the demolition of an existing single-storey dwelling and its replacement with a prestigious 2½-storey Arts and Crafts-style residence on Furzefield Road, within Beaconsfield’s renowned Golden Triangle.

Planning permission was achieved following a proactive and collaborative approach with both the client and the Local Planning Authority, addressing concerns raised during a previous application. Leveraging our in-depth understanding of South Bucks planning policies, we refined the proposal to respond to earlier objections while ensuring a high-quality design that complements the surrounding area.
