On behalf of Clark Contracting, Progress Planning was appointed to provide both planning and architectural services for the prestigious redevelopment of 54 Burke’s Road, one of the most sought-after addresses within Beaconsfield’s renowned “Golden Triangle.”
We successfully secured consent for the demolition of the existing dwelling and its replacement with two striking detached mansion houses, each extending to 7,500 sq.ft. The scheme also incorporates detached triple garages with annexe accommodation above, providing both functional and flexible living space.
Our role encompassed concept design, detailed planning strategy, and the coordination of a comprehensive application that addressed the site’s high-profile location and the exacting expectations of the local authority.
