Village-Style Residential Development

 Appointed directly by the land owners for both planning and architectural services to deliver a small land parcel witin a wider Warefield Housing Alloaction. The original outline consent comprising 2000 dwellings approved upto 27 units on this part of the allocation known as ‘Warefield 2’. The design brief for this section was to  provide a more village like athmoshpe taking account its verdent setting, stream and backdrop of existing development.

The key challenges of the site included, vetrian Trees, levels, drainage requirements and ecology which heavily informed the layout of the proposal. The result is a scheme that demonstrates our ability to unlock complex sites while delivering considered, high-quality environment with a distinct sense of place.
