Appointed by Crossan Homes, Progress Planning was tasked with securing planning consent for the residential redevelopment of the former Princess Risborough Police Station.

The proposal involves the demolition of the existing station building, including associated staff accommodation, and its replacement with a terrace of four two-storey family dwellings. Located in a highly sought-after town centre position, the scheme has been designed to complement the surrounding character while delivering high-quality, well-proportioned homes.

Our role encompassed full planning consultancy, architectural design, and the coordination of technical inputs, ensuring the proposal addressed both site-specific constraints and local policy requirements. The resulting scheme represents a considered and sustainable use of a brownfield site in a prime location.
