Progress Planning was appointed to provide both planning and architectural services for a replacement dwelling on Chiltern Hills, a verdant woodland road in the heart of Beaconsfield’s prestigious “Golden Triangle.”

We successfully secured consent for a 6,500 sqft Arts and Crafts-style residence, designed to pay homage to the existing property while reflecting the prevailing character of the area. The proposal balances traditional detailing with modern living standards, creating a home of exceptional quality and presence.

The owners had previously endured a negative planning experience elsewhere, so we were particularly pleased to achieve a swift and positive outcome that restored their confidence in the process.
