Situated opposite Northwood Golf Club we were instructed to capitalise on the planning gain available for a residential development encompassing three existing properties along this section of Rickmansworth Road. Following pre-application discussions with the Council, who had concerns about a flatted development due to a newly adopted policy preventing the loss of family houses, in place of houses for flats.
We carefully navigated a local consent where others had failed securing 24 luxurious flats (an uplift of 21 homes) plus highway improvements to Rickmansworth Road improving highway safety for all users.
