Progress attended the Examination in Public for the Emerging London Plan at City Hall. Emerging Policy H5 ‘Delivering affordable housing’ was the topic of the day and there was much debate about what is deemed to be ‘Genuinely Affordable’. There was a clear push for more social and London living rented units to be delivered.
