Proposal
Minor material amendment to revise Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref: 10112/APP/2019/1244, dated 9/11/20: Erection of a residential building comprising 15 flats with associated parking, cycle storage, motorcycle parking, disabled parking and bin storage following demolition of existing residential block and pair of semi-detached houses in order to allow changes to the internal layout, involving a reduction in the number of units, alterations to the unit mix and re-allocation of the affordable housing.
Summary
Working with Westcome homes we have a successful site over the line, all pre-commencement and pre-occupations signed off with the London Borough of Hillingdon for a the replacement of a pair of semi-detached houses and residential block with 15 flats with an increase in 3 bedroom family sized units which the council has a greater demand for.
