Redevelopment of the site to erect a part 10 storey and part 11 storey residential led development comprising 132 flats and a 175.16 sqm commercial unit (Class E) with associated access and landscaping works following demolition of existing light industrial building
Summary
Progress Planning have been the lead planning consultants on delivering 2 major mixed use redevelopments in Hayes on behalf of our client @mackenzie_homes . The individual residential led schemes build upon the 2015 masterplan developed by Hillingdon Council and the Greater London Authority.
The schemes are critically important to unlocking the full potential of the wider masterplan area and specifically the Squirrels Trading Estate development will provide a Green Super Highway linking the Former Nestles Factor development to the East to the new Crossrail Station and Hayes Town Centre. 3 Viveash Close also provides enhanced public links and permeability between adjacent new neighbourhoods to the benefit of the wider community.
We have worked with our client, Hillingdon Council, and the GLA to deliver these high quality new developments that have created new places for Londoners to live, work and enjoy.
