Richard has extensive experience working on large scale mixed use regeneration projects in London. Most recently at the London Borough of Hillingdon he facilitated a range of large scale development, including residential schemes within the Hayes Housing Zone. Previously, he was a Team Leader at the Royal Borough of Kingston and a Principal Regeneration Officer in the London Borough of Hackney where he was in charge of delivering Woodberry Down, a 6,500 home regeneration scheme that was at the time the largest housing estate renewal project in Europe. Prior to this, he worked at Ealing Council for 7 years as part of the Council’s Development Management Team. Also, he has worked in the Home Counties and delivered a complete suite of various planning consents. Richard considers his specialisms to include land assembly, land acquisition, project management, strategic planning, site promotion, and planning delivery. Richard is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has in depth knowledge of current and relevant planning legislation and policy. We are delighted to have Richard on board!
