Progress Planning successfully secured planning permission for the creation of a independent vehicular access, new entrance gates boundary walls including associated hard and soft landscaping. We were contacted by the home owner after the exact same proposal was refused and dismissed at appeal.

With our expertise we were able to analyses the previous decisions and provide a strategy/proposal which satisfied the material objections/reasons for refusal. We were of course delighted to report to our client that we obtained a grant of planning permission.
