Entering the third lockdown after the Christmas break and it’s fair to say we’re missing the office… We hope everyone had great Christmas break and a Happy New Year!

Our planning predictions for the future are… The new London Plan will finally get adopted this year and will herald a renewed age of mass housing delivery for Londoners.

The NPPF will also be updated and reflect sustainability of the built environment and echo the message from the up-coming Environment Bill.
