Sometimes successfully delivering on the smaller projects can bring just as much satisfaction as delivering on the larger projects. With this in mind, Progress Planning were very pleased to today receive confirmation that the Planning Inspectorate had allowed our clients Appeal for the installation of an ancillary outbuilding on a sensitive site in the Penn and Tylers Green Conservation Area, Buckinghamshire. That the Inspectorate also awarded a full award of costs against the Council, confirmed that putting in the extra work on behalf of the client was fully vindicated.
