Success at committee…Following comprehensive negotiations with Officers across 2021 we were delighted to secure unanimous approval for our client; Dansecroft Land on their site at Cain Road, Bracknell. The team secured a resolution to grant subject to the signing of Section 106 Legal Agreement to deliver 15 Affordable homes, Ecological and biodiversity enhancements, public open space and contributions to much needed community facilities.

The scheme will deliver a 70-bed Care Home and 50 houses.
