Buckinghamshire Council have set out their Local Development Scheme (LDS). This sets out a timeline for incorporating the previous local development plans of Aylesbury Vale, South Bucks, Chiltern, Wycombe DC and Bucks County into one Buckinghamshire local plan. It is expected that a public consultation will run in 2024 and by April 2025, Buckinghamshire will have a local plan in place, which will reflect the vision of the area till 2040.
