We are delighted to have submitted an application for the erection of a new contemporary detached dwelling within one of Beaconsfield premier roads.

Our client has engaged in detailed pre-application discussions with Buckinghamshire Council (South Bucks Area) to establish the principle of the new dwelling, where landscape strategy and parking were key considerations.

The design is the outcome of a rigorous design process, following the close engagement with the local planning authority and both technical and qualitative research of the existing site and constraints, to create a new, bespoke, contemporary designed dwelling that sensitively responds to its context.
