Following the assembly of a comprehensive body of supporting evidence, Progress Planning were pleased to secure a Lawful Development Certificate (LDC) from South Bucks DC confirming that a car sales and repair business were ‘lawful’ under the Act having been proven to have been in continuous operation for in excess of 10 years.  As Council’s require a high quality of evidence before they will issue a LDC – it was very pleasing to secure a LDC at the first time of asking on this involved and complicated project.
