Proposal

Façade and elevational improvements, infill extension at ground floor level and change of use of the building to provide 70 new homes with associated landscaping, access, parking/refuse provision and external alterations.

Summary

On behalf of Westcombe Homes, our Regional Director and Planning Manager submitted an application for a 70-unit scheme at Kingston Bridge House to the London Borough of Richmond.

The event was well received by the local community who provided great value and insight.
