30 Sep Strategic Allocation 120 units – Wycombe District Council
We were appointed by the land owner to advise and develop a planning strategy to deliver a strategic allocation of 120 houses through the Councils emerging plan.
A comprehensive technical assessment of the site constraints, including; highways and junction capacity studies, flood risk and drainage calculations, architectural feasibility assessment, as well as a policy analysis of the sites acceptability for residential development, was presented to the Council in support of the site coming forward as a housing allocation.
We look forward to representing the land owner at the Examination in Public when the Councils Plan is examined by the Secretary of State.
