David gained experience as a regional Planning Manager at Shanly Homes. Previous to this David worked at Three Rivers and South Bucks District Councils where he started his career and worked his way up to become a Senior Planning Officer. David considers his specialisms to include strategic planning, site promotion and housing land supply assessments. David also has experience of Development Planning and the preparation of Site Acquisition reports across a range of Green Field and Previously Developed sites. David also keenly keeps abreast of the latest changes to Planning Legislation and Planning Policy.
