This month we are pleased to welcome new team member Natalie Compton, who has joined us as Team Secretary to support both the planning and architectural teams.

Natalie has joined us after working several years in a Local Authority planning department within the Planning Support section. She began her time within the team as a temporary administrative assistant and flourished her way to becoming a Team Leader responsible for a large team of Planning Support Assistants.

She was heavily involved in revolutionising the department following a merger in 2017 and is looking forward to exerting her skills and experiences across Progress. These include streamlining process and procedures, creation of corporate templates, standardising folder structures/pathways and website monitoring and updates.

This is Natalie’s first role within private sector, and she is very keen to learn more about how a Chartered Town Planning Practice operates. Natalie will be the first point of contact when enquiring to Progress and looks forward to providing you with the best service possible.

We’re very pleased to have her as an addition to our team, a very warm welcome to Natalie!
